At Artisan's Touch, we take great care in delivering your products to you and work only with reputed national and international courier partners.

•        Shipping within India is free for orders above INR 1500.

•        International shipping is free for orders above USD 250.

•        Within India, we ship primarily through Bluedart / Professional Courier, with an estimated delivery time of 7–8 working days.

•        International deliveries are handled by trusted partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT, with an estimated delivery time of 10–12 working days.

•        In case of any delay, you will be informed in advance via email.

•        For select domestic deliveries, we may also use Delhivery, Trackon, or Safeexpress.

Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Estimated timelines mentioned on product pages are indicative and not binding. Products may ship earlier or later depending on availability and other factors.

Our courier partners typically deliver shipments between Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM. Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, riots, or natural calamities.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking details to the registered email address provided at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

•        You may request a change, modification, or cancellation of your order anytime before it has been shipped.

•        Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to register or accept requests for cancellation, change, or modification.

International Orders, Global Shipping & Secure Payments

International Delivery

We deliver worldwide through trusted logistics partners such as DHL Express, FedEx, Aramex, EMS (India Speedpost), and Shiprocket Premium. These partners are chosen for their efficiency and reliability, so your order reaches you safely and on time.

•        Processing & Dispatch: Once your payment is confirmed, orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days.

•        Estimated Delivery: Most parcels arrive within 5–14 business days depending on your location and the courier. In some cases, deliveries can be quicker (3–7 days after dispatch) or slightly delayed if customs clearance takes extra time.

•        Order Completion: International orders are shipped only once all items in your order are ready. We do not dispatch incomplete orders.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping charges are always fair and transparent.

•        Rates are calculated directly from courier companies and displayed at checkout—there is no markup or hidden cost.

•        Shipping is based on the actual weight of your parcel and destination.

•        We do not offer "free shipping" internationally, because many businesses inflate product prices to cover such costs. Instead, our product prices remain true, and shipping is billed separately at its real value.

•        While international priority services may appear costly, they ensure your products arrive quickly, securely, and with professional handling.

Pricing Policy

At Artisan's Touch, we follow a single price policy. The price of every product is the same for all customers, regardless of location. We do not charge international customers extra or adjust prices based on geography. Product costs remain constant everywhere, while shipping fees are calculated separately according to actual courier rates.

Payment Options

We offer safe and flexible payment methods for international orders:

•        International Debit/Credit Cards – All major cards are accepted.

•        PayPal – A secure, convenient option for global shoppers.

•        Direct Bank/Wire Transfer – Available upon request; simply email us at gk303385@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp for details.

•        International Cards for Domestic Deliveries: If you are using an international card to ship an order within India, our system processes it seamlessly—just enter the correct billing and shipping details.

If a payment ever fails or you face issues at checkout, just contact us with your order ID. Our support team will promptly assist and help you complete your order.

Customs Duties & Taxes

When you shop internationally, it is important to note that customs duties, VAT, or local taxes may apply in your country.

•        These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid separately by the recipient at the time of delivery.

•        Our delivery partners are authorized to handle duty payments on your behalf, and you can settle them directly with the courier.

•        Customs clearance procedures vary worldwide and may occasionally cause delays. While these are beyond our control, we monitor shipments closely and support you through the process.

Special Requests

We love making your order feel personal. That's why we happily accommodate special requests whenever possible:

•        Gift Wrapping: Complimentary gift wrapping for international orders upon request.

•        Personal Messages: Add a personal note, and we'll handwrite it on handmade paper for that extra touch.

•        Holding Orders: If you'd like us to hold your order after payment, simply let us know, and we'll ship it when you're ready.

•        Preferred Shippers: If you have a courier of choice, tell us—we'll do our best to arrange it.

•        Shipping Rate Adjustments: If you find a more affordable option, we're open to exploring it with you.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with every purchase, but due to the nature of international shipping, our return and cancellation policies are a little more limited.

•        Before Dispatch: You can cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been shipped.

•        After Dispatch: Once shipped, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are generally not possible.

•        Defective/Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a refund or replacement.

•        Return Shipping Costs: If you wish to return an item after delivery, return shipping charges are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed once we receive the parcel at our warehouse.

•        Refund Timelines: Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days to your original payment method, although bank or card processing may take longer.

•        You can track your shipment in real time via the courier's website.

•        We monitor international shipments closely and keep you updated if there are delays.

Refund Policy

 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like ceramic items (such as blue pottery). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

•        Sale items

•        Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
